Our history

The Ateliers Entreprise et Mixité, officially announced on Friday 8 March by Vincenzo Vinzi, Director General of ESSEC, is an offshoot of the Observatory for gender balance. This think-tank, made up of groups of companies and experts, has been meeting since 2016 to discuss good practice in organisations in relation to gender equality issues.
