The CEO’s club commited to gender balance brings together 21 women and men company directors who, at biannual breakfasts, discuss the difficulties and successes encountered in terms of gender equality. It’s an opportunity to share ideas, best practices and experiences.
Every quarter, the club’s executive members receive a gender media monitoring, together with a collection of best practices, to build on the work done by the members of the Ateliers Entreprise et Mixité.
In collaboration with Forvis Mazars, a self-assessment tool for managers on the 6 measures has also been developed.
The aim of the CEO’s club is to get the commitment of other executives and to carry out impactful joint initiatives.
- In 2020, the executives worked with the Ministry of Education on gender equality in the workplace.
- In 2021, work was carried out with the Ministry of Gender Equality and Education on the Rixain bill.
- In 2022, a national survey on ‘opting out’, or the failure of women to apply for positions of power, was published at the Club’s initiative.
- In 2023, all Club members signed up to a mentoring programme and are now mentors to a high-potential woman in a company other than their own.
- In 2024, following the success of the first year of mentoring, the programme was renewed with a second cohort. Finally, following the study on ‘opting out’ in 2022, the subject of the image of power was studied in depth by the Club during the breakfasts in 2024 in order to make this image more attractive, particularly to women.
