The plenary sessions

8 experts and 7 companies meet every quarter to discuss and draw up a list of best practices in terms of gender diversity in companies, in order to retain the initiatives that have really proved their worth. The plenary sessions are also designed to identify the most critical gender issues, so that they can be studied throughout the year. These critical issues can also be raised by the CEO’s club.

The CEO’s club commited to gender balance

Within the CEO’s club, the Ateliers Entreprise et Mixité bring together 17 company directors to share best practice and to support, develop, communicate and expand work aimed at accelerating gender equality.

The best practices call

This quarterly meeting is a time for exchange between the companies of the Ateliers Entreprise et Mixité on best practices related to a specific theme. These best practices are then added to the Ateliers’ directory of good practices.
